These peanut butter protein balls are the perfect quick and easy snack.
We got this recipe of our good mate Sal a couple of months back and have loved it ever since.
A great snack that can be paired with fruit on a lunch break at work or before a gym session. They’ll last for a couple of weeks in the fridge and are really easy to make.
- 90g whey protein powder
- 90g milled flax seed
- 420g crunchy peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp honey
- Chopped nuts
- Combine protein, flax seed, peanut butter and honey in a large mixing bowl. Stir together.
- Roll into bite sized balls
- roll balls in protein powder.
